Our cuisine
The chef of the Hotel Angelo in Comano Terme for twenty years continues to amaze guests with typical recipes of the Trentino tradition by adding a pinch of creativity and innovation to all its dishes.
Our proposal starts from the rich buffet of appetizers and salads, continues with first and second courses of the Trentino and national tradition to reach delicious homemade desserts that are real temptations. Freshness, seasonality and creativity are our keywords for the typical and high quality products that we use to create our menu.
In our cellar there are renowned labels with refined vintages to accompany each dish enriching it with aromas and perfumes.
